For this option, we are offering a Braised Beef and Sweet Potato Mash Stack. This meal is served with a special emphasis on presentation in the modern style and consists of tender braised beef short ribs with tarragon and a red wine reduction topped with sautéed rainbow Swiss chard. These savory and refreshing flavors are then placed on a bed of creamy maple and thyme sweet potatoes and garnished with fresh, zesty chives for an unforgettable flavor experience! 

Our Holiday Buffet is the Gift that Keeps on Giving!

Our final Holiday Catering Option is with our extravagant and unique Holiday Buffet.
