You didn’t have to spend hours over a grill in the Alabama heat, away from the festivities. You don’t have to risk Aunt Marlene bringing her mystery casserole to the table. Instead, you picked up a customized selection of mouthwatering foods from Table & Thyme and all you had to do was reheat it before taking a load off for the rest of the day. A Menu Worth Celebrating 

Our BBQ Package features a menu filled with a variety of different food options to meet every party’s needs. Choose from an array of excellent dishes made with extensive attention to detail and high-quality ingredients to fill up your guests’ plates this Independence Day! Our BBQ Package is designed with ease and experience in mind, meaning we’ve done all the hard work for you so that you can make memories that matter with the people around you! Serving up to 12 people, the BBQ Package is tailored and made especially for you to pick up ahead of time, so that when the time for an incredible All-American cookout comes, all you have to do is heat and eat! Picking Your Proteins

The main element of any meal is the choice of protein, and this holiday spread is no different! With our BBQ Package, you can choose up to 2 proteins from our selection of options, each weighing 3 pounds and prepared by our staff of experienced chefs. All of our protein selections are made Gluten-Free so they can be enjoyed by almost anyone, as well as a selection of our other menu options, too!

Slow-Smoked Sliced Brisket

The first protein option to choose from is our Slow-Smoked Sliced Brisket. We use choice cuts of brisket rubbed in our housemade blend of tangy, savory spices and smoke it on wild cherry wood for over 23 hours for a sweet and smoky balance of flavors. Our smoked brisket is expertly sliced against the grain for easy serving before being vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness and tenderness for your event. 

Smoked Pulled Pork

The second option to choose from is our Smoked Pulled Pork, perfect for sliders. Pulled from tender Boston Butts marinated in a made-from-scratch brine to enhance the tender flavors of the meat, our pulled pork is artisanally crafted from start to finish. Like our Slow-Smoked Sliced Brisket, the pork is seasoned with a fresh blend of spices from our original butt rub and smoked on wild cherry wood for over 9 hours for sweet, tender, and smoky pulled pork, perfect for a cookout. 

Pulled Chicken

The third and final option to choose from is our Pulled Chicken. Just like our Smoked Pulled Pork, this pulled chicken is great for sharing some summer sliders under the sun. Like all of our ingredients, we have a high standard of quality for the chicken we use. This mixture of slow-smoked white and dark meat features a mild flavor. It, too, is vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness and to keep the chicken from drying out before you get to enjoy its meaty deliciousness.

A classic addition to a southern cookout, our Homestyle Mac n’ Cheese is made with two layers of tender noodles tossed in our velvety three-cheese sauce and baked to creamy, crispy perfection. 

Classic Hashbrown Casserole

There’s nothing quite like the marriage of crispy potatoes and melted cheese. Our Classic Hashbrown Casserole combines the best qualities of each ingredient for a savory symphony of flavors.  

American Street Corn

Want to add a side of zest to your 4th of July cookout? Our American Street Corn is a lively spin on Mexican Street Corn. We pulled fresh sweet corn straight from the cob and tossed it in a dynamic mixture of spices and other ingredients including red peppers, Cojita cheese, and a garnish of fresh cilantro perfect for sharing on a summer night with friends and family. 

Baked Ranch Beans

Just like with our protein options, we offer a number of Gluten-Free sides for any guests to enjoy that may need that accommodation. One of those options is our Ranch Beans. While the classic baked beans are always a great choice for summer cookouts, we decided to take things up a notch and add some new flavors to the mix. Our Ranch Beans are simmered with a blend of sweet and savory seasonings and paired with a sprinkle of beef and bacon to grasp the full range of flavors in this dish. 

Creamy Coleslaw

Another Gluten-Free option, our Creamy Coleslaw is a southern classic for a 4th of July cookout. After shredded fresh purple and white cabbage and carrots, we toss everything in a homemade sauce that brings back memories of childhood summers. 

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Continuing on our selection of Gluten-Free sides to choose from for our BBQ Package, our Fresh Broccoli Salad is a popular summertime choice. Fresh broccoli florets are paired with purple onions, sweet raisins, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and tossed in a sweet and creamy dressing for a delicious contrast to the other sides. 

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Our tried and true Old Fashioned Potato Salad is the last of our Gluten-Free sides to choose from. We prepare this salad by hand using skin-on red potatoes with techniques passed down from family recipes for a side of nostalgia served at a holiday meal.

You can’t have an authentic cookout without BBQ sauce! With our 4th of July BBQ Package, you can celebrate independence while loading up your plate with great food and irresistible sauces. You can choose one of our house-made BBQ sauces to accompany your event and enhance the entire menu.

For the spontaneous, we have our White BBQ Sauce. This creamy, tangy sauce features a similar vinegar flavor as traditional BBQ sauce, but we add creamy mayo and a blend of seasonings for an exciting alternative.
